Dress
Making the decision about what to wear will depend on the research completed on
the company. Traditionally you would dress in a smart business suit with a
clean, ironed shirt and tie (or blouse) and black shoes. Do not wear casual
clothes even if you know that it is company policy. However, some companies now
dress down such as the new 'dot-coms' where smart-casual dress at the Interview
may determine whether you are appropriate for this company's social climate. If
you are not sure, it would advisable to check with your recruitment consultant
or call the company reception and make a general inquiry.
