Position: Regional Sales Manager
 
Location: Chelmsford / Harlow / Southend
Salary: OTE £45K 1st year £60K Pa thereafter. Commission Only ( basic salary is available after qualifying period.)
 
ABOUT US: We are a fast growing B2B Networking organisation and are currently looking to recruit highly motivated and successful sales professionals. Our methodology
 
ROLE: We are now looking to recruit Regional Sales Manager; the market is Business to Business Networking. Our income comes from the establishment of Network Hubs and sale of memberships, secondly the sale of events.  You will be responsible for growing membership in your region, the formation of Networking Hubs and identification of potential growth and working with the management in your area, ensure that growth continues.   The roll is a combination of Management and Sales, ideally you will have experience in both areas.  You will manage others so an ability to help, motivate and work with people is required.
 
Business 2 Business Networking is a rapidly growing way of generating business. This role will involve selling to business customers. Working from some of your own business contacts, developed contacts, cold calls – as well as working on leads generated by the website and other forms of direct marketing.
 
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER: This role is entirely a business to business sales along with sales development and management. This will involve developing relationships with SME’s across the region – In the UK last year over £150 million worth of business was done through face to face networking.Therefore it is important you are comfortable working the room in a networking environment.  Our Brand is Breakfast so you will be comfortable at that time of the day as almost all B 2 B networking happens over breakfast.
 
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven background in B2B sales with some cold calling.
b) Enjoy being with a range and diverse mix of people as this is key to your success.
c) Enjoy networking.
d) Management skills or Supervisory experience.
e) Target Driven.
f) Excellent telephone manner.
g) Ability to multi task, prioritize and follow up on multiple business opportunities on a timely basis.
 
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Any experience of working in a face to face networking environment
b) Knowledge of Formal Business Networking either as a manager or as a member.
c) The ability to react flexibly to a situationYou may have experience in the following roles:
 
Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, B2B Sales Executive, Business to Business Sales Executive, Membership Sales, Account Manager, Telesales Executive, Asset Finance sales, Equipment Leasing Sales, Mortgage Sales, Property sales, Branch Manager, New Business Development Manager, New Business Development Executive, New Business Sales Executive, Field Sales, Area Sales Regional etc
