Experienced Recruitment Consultant required for our Sales Department
Salary: 40% up to 50% of all generated billings;
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant specialised in SALES, interested in having control of their day-to-day activities. This role will be home based with the hours to suit the applicant, so could be on a Full or part-time basis.
Our company is a well established (July 2000) Recruitment Consultancy. We have a very successful track record working with a number of well-known and well respected clients.
Our offer is more of a partnership. We are looking someone to fulfil sales aspects of the Recruitment Consultant role. The role will involve sales aspects of the business to attract and subscribe new clients/customers (Employers and Recruiters) to join our business services.
This position would suit someone experienced in recruitment sales that is now looking for a better work-life balance that comes from being able to work from home.
This is a unique opportunity for you to work for yourself. Retain 40% of all billings (best Recruiters will be rewarded with up to 50% of all billings); 100% ownership of your Recruitment Company;

Requirements:
- At least two years experience in the Recruitment Industry - SALES sector
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Very good English communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Desire to work from home
- Experience and a proven track-record in sales recruitment will be an advantage, but not a “must have”
