Wage: £30,000 + COMPANY VEHICLE

A building maintenance company operating in both the commercial and private sectors is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a view to developing the company and growing the business.
The successful candidate will operate at a senior level within the company, with a view to future directorship. Responsibilities will be from survey through tender generation, work team allocation and supervision to successful job completion and reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the building service industry, good man management skills and ideally a good knowledge of current Health & Safety requirements.
