About You
You should be intelligent, enthusiastic, and have the ability to sell, enjoy early starts plus you should possess a quality even harder to find, Common Sense. . We are short of God sales people who have or could be good Managers. However if you are a manager who can sell or inspire others to sell we should be talking.
The product or services you have sold previously are not as important as your ability to deliver quality sustainable business.
In fact it may be helpful if you have sold a range of products and services. For example you may have sold, or been involved in the selling of: Property, Finance, Advertising, Home improvements, events, agriculture, Promotions, engineering, services, utilities, in fact any Business to Business sales.
About The Post
REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS
You will be responsible for a county or a similar geographical area. You will report to the Regional Director. Your main responsibilities are:
A) Recruit and motivate local business people to help you run Hubs.
B) Sell memberships
C) Generate a buzz about networking
Earnings for this post are up to £40K a year in the first year up to £60K a year thereafter. This could be your only income or you would perform these duties in tandem with your existing business commitments.
