Refer-On are looking for Regional Directors in the following Regions:
North West; North East; East and West Midlands; South West and The South East
Your previous experience in running operations based on a clear philosophy and
with a sound sales ethos will reward you well with us. The position requires you
to recruit, Train and manage up to 10 Direct reports, who in-turn will have a similar
responsibility for their direct reports.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver results on time and constantly.
The type of organisation you have worked for is less important that your all round
experience and ability to motivate and manage.
About Us:- Refer-On is a Business to Business organisation that spent the first 5
years proving the model and now are looking for the calibre of person to help us
grow the brand nationally. Our business works by growing our members business through
the help, support and encouragement of our system. The majority of members are
from the SME community and those who wish to generate businesses in this space.
Therefore you should be at ease in this business community and have empathy
with them.
Our revenues come from the memberships sales. Sales experience while not
essential will benefit you in this post. This is not to say that other management
experience are valued less, they are not. We value experience over just about anything
else,
There is an old saying Success comes from experience, experience comes
from good judgment and good judgment comes making mistakes and that comes
from bad judgment, it is the process you go through that makes you successful.
