Our client is urgently seeking an TRAINING COORDINATOR
Through detailed Customer training, understand our customers processes, quality and productivity and formulate training modules for all employees.
To provide training and support for the Contact Centre supervisors and staff.
Create and maintain training manuals/material etc…
To ensure that all training material s are available and up to date on the Quality Management System.
Create training feedback evaluation and create Improvement opportunity reports to improve training
To be flexible to the needs of the department, to be able to cover other roles for breaks or for emergency cover as and when needed.
To provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Technical training
Administration experience.
Customer Service via telephone/e-mail/white mail.
Escalation management
Computer literate
GCSE passes or equivalent Maths/science
Clear public speaker.
Customer focused.
Good listener.
Strong interest in latest technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, outgoing and helpful).
Good organisation and administrative skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Quick and assertive decision-making.
Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive where necessary.
Ability to work to setprocedures.
Presentable, polite and smart – project good image/voicePositive attitude.
