| Job Title: Senior Accountant |
| Description |
-Provide timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial statementsin compliance with GAAP. Harbor Freight Tools accounting policies,
and minimum control standards
-Provide customer-focused financial reporting and analysis to management,
monthly account reconciliations, coordinate quarterly balance sheet review
process, and recommend balance sheet reserves
-Coordinate and monitor monthly accounting close process
-Coordinate all requests with business unit reporting, corporate tax,
internal & external auditors
-Identify and execute continuous efficiency improvements
-Works independently on a daily basis providing quality reports,
analysis and policies.
-Daily interaction with managers and staff and internal/external auditors.
-Mature business with focus on driving incremental revenue, reducing costs
and increasing productivity resulting in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline
driven position.
-Delivering meaningful, value-added financial reporting and analysis to
management, focusing on both the mature business and new retail stores.
