Opportunity
As head chef you will be responsible for this very busy hotel with large banqueting and restaurant business, we are looking for a strong and proven head or sous chef who can handle every aspect of running a busy kitchen including stock control, hygiene, food menus, standards, rotas and driving the business forward. The ideal candidate must have a good 3/4 star volume background. you will be responsible for all training and development of your team as well as all normal head chef duties
