With aggressive growth plans this year, we are looking to take on at least 10 trainee recruitment consultants across Leicestershire and London therefore if you have an interest in pursuing a career in recruitment this could be the opportunity for you to embark on a professional career, which offers fantastic earning potential and career progression.
The Role of a trainee recruitment consultant:
• Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Conduct interviews with candidates.
• Obtain job requirements from clients.
• Shortlist and present candidate to clients.
• Pro actively source new clients.
• Headhunt prospective candidates.
• Collect and utilize market information.
This is a commission only position, training will be provided.
If targets are met within 6 months, permanent contract will be offered on a basic plus commission basis.
You will be entering a target driven environment, therefore you must be goal orientated as well as polished, hardworking and determined. |
