Residential Care Worker - Milton Keynes

To provide comprehensive long term care for young people placed at the home who have suffered severe trauma as a result of family disfunction or emotional / physical / sexual abuse.

Support will include ; Ongoing physical, social and emotional care.

Provision of programmes designed to promote their emotional wellbeing and growth Working shift patterns on rotas which may include waking night duty and undertaking sleeping in duties General daily care to residents.

Full and comprehensive training & induction is given Applicants need a minimum of 6 months previous experience within a role of a similar nature.
