Job Description: 

Oversee Yuanda USA's financial planning and budget; prepare budget plan and direct procurement and risk management; prepare or direct preparation of reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and expected operations; establish management, major economic objectives and policies for company; prepare the internal accounting statements such as statement of transaction between Yuanda related companies; create the appropriate expense management system for Yuanda USA after analysis of financial statements, budget for the coming year and implement and control of expense and cost; communicate effectively with U.S. accounting company to ensure that Yuanda USA's financial management and tax filing is complied with U.S. regulations; evaluate customers' financial status and credit history and analyze potential risk of sales to decide the payment methods for trade.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
