| Description |
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a premier brand in paint and wallpaper. Long renowned for the quality of our products, Farrow & Ball has developed a fast-growing network of independent stockists, designer accounts and showrooms in the UK, Europe and across North America.
Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ideally based in the Midlands area, you will manage, develop and grow independent stockists and bookholders in the Midlands region. You will provide merchandising and training support and an effective communications link to stockists.
Calling on existing accounts you will be responsible for account management and driving achievement of sales plan (60%), lead generation and development of new accounts (30%), administration, reporting and forecasting (10%).
·Exceed the regional sales budget.
·Visit & review all accounts by strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and develop strategies and action plans for improvement and increased performance.
·Analyse sales by stockist/region/colour/finish to provide help on range planning and focus upon driving growth opportunities.
·Ensure excellence in merchandising and communicate best practice.
·Develop and action local marketing activities to support accounts.
·Conduct all in-store staff training and co-ordinate training at Farrow & Ball showrooms as required.
·Budgeting and sales forecasting with Head of UK Sales.
·Liaise with all Farrow & Ball head office departments in order to resolve all queries as and when they arise.
·Ensure customer service standards are exceeded.
·Provide a monthly report covering sales analysis, market trends, objectives achieved and action plan for the month ahead.

·Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask.
·Exceptional communicator both written and verbal.
·Proven sales and customer satisfaction record.
