PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
(6 months Fixed Contract)

Reporting to:     Production Director

An opportunity has arisen for a 6 month contract within our digital agency working alongside our client, Sony Europe.  We are looking for Graduates or individuals with 2 years experience within a similar role to apply.

Salary - £18k pro-rata

OVERALL OBJECTIVE

The Production department could be described as the lynch pin of the agency with Producers being the facilitators of cross-departmental collaboration throughout the project life-cycle.  Producers are the diplomats within their teams, skilful at bringing diverse people & disciplines together to produce innovative creative solutions.  The best Producers do this in a seemingly effortless way; always answering the brief and exceeding expectations.

This role requires a 6 month secondment to our client, Sony Europe after initial training.  This would see you spending up to 3-4 days a week with our client at their offices in Weybridge, and up to 1-2 back at the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day implementation of Production tasks on client projects
- Working closely with Client Project Manager to coordinate digital assets
- Ensure that all Production documentation is created on your projects with help from lead Producer(s)
- Obtain design assets and specifications from Account Management, clients, media agencies or directly through media owners
- Gather, file and distribute assets to partners and agencies
- Chase up all scheduled resource throughout the project life-cycle to ensure they deliver the correct material on time
- Deliver final creative to the client and/or media partners when agreed and to spec
- Report in to Client Project Manager as required
- Report to Production Director weekly

COMMUNICATION
- Reporting to: Production Director
- Working with internally: Client Project Manager, Account Managers  
- Working with externally: External suppliers & freelancers

PERSON SPECIFICATION

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate or 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably agency side
- A highly organised problem solver with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Able to multi-task and to provide leadership within a diverse team.
- Able to manage change effectively and calmly in a robust, energetic, busy environment.
- A quick learner possessing a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Proactive, results-driven individual
- Possess a genuine passion for digital creative.
- A desire to foster an open, questioning culture within the agency that enables creativity to flourish.
- Professional, always delivering what you say you will.
- An understanding of online marketing techniques and website development is beneficial.
