Job Title: Learning Development Specialist
Description
Peoplebloom is a coaching and training consultancy focusing on making people happy at work in big corporates. We are currently looking for a learning consultant.

* The role holder will be responsible for designing and delivering learning programs for different corporates in Sales & Advisory, Professional Development, Products, Legal, Risk & Compliance and Business Induction.

* The role holder will be responsible for designing, managing and delivering Learning programs which are derived from strategic business requirements.

* The role holder will contribute to global and regional learning & education projects.

Requirements

•    Managing a learning solution
•    Translate business needs into learning goals for key roles in Wealth Management, Asset Management and Corporate Centre
•    Coordinate the development of course and respective materials, using high-impact-learning methods and channels
•    Define need for resources (incl. internal speakers and external vendors)
•    Manage relationship with internal speakers, vendors, facilitators, etc.
•    Ensure delivery of course
•    Manage quality and adapt design, content and/or delivery, if necessary, together with internal stakeholders and Competence Centres
•    Ensure reporting and monitoring of courses

•    Ensuring consistency with overall learning curriculum and Business University strategy
•    Supporting the alignment with other projects/programs and initiatives
•    Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
•    Act as a change agent for High Impact Learning – applying specific expertise in a dynamic global environment
•    Pursue your own development to increase personal effectiveness acknowledging strengths and areas for development

Experience/ Qualifications
* Experience in managing projects and programs within a Learning & Development Unit
* Experience in designing and managing learning solutions in the corporate world
* Experience of internal stakeholder relationship management
* Business oriented personality
* Strong team player
