Job Description:
Our client the regional division of a National Blue Chip Building
contractor are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated
Construction Manager. Reporting to the Regional Director you will be
responsible for multiple sites from tender through to completion of the
projects and settlement of the final account.
The projects range in value from £4m to £20m and include
industrial, commercial, retail, schools and health care schemes
including Design & Build, Partnership and Negotiated contracts.
Ideally you will have experience of planning, temporary works, managing
design teams and be commercially aware.
This is a senior position within the organisation therefore you
should able to represent the company at levels both internally and
externally and manage problem situations without provoking bad feeling.
