construction projects and we have immediate opportunities for a
Finishing Foreman, Region: North West
Package:
Highly competitive salary reflecting experience and qualifications
and may include company car or car allowance, pension scheme, private

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Site/Project Manager, responsible for the
management of sub-contractors to ensure works are completed to time and
quality standards on fast track programme projects.
Projects include: Liverpool/Manchester/Preston - student accommodation
Liverpool - refurbishment, listed building (116 luxury apartments). Other projects commencing shortly in the Midlands region.
Description:
Trade background with supervisory experience on fast moving
projects, together with the ability to organise and control subcontract
work and ensure delivery on time and to the agreed standard.
