Long Description:

Experienced Recruitment Consultant required for Recruiter: UK-JobLine Consultancy;

Salary: 40% up to 50% of all generated billings;

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant interested in having control of their day-to-day activities. This role will be home based with the hours to suit the applicant, so could be on a part-time basis.

Our company is a well established (July 2000) Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the Construction Industry. We have a very successful track record working with a number of well-known and well respected clients.

Our offer is more of a partnership. We are looking someone to fulfil all aspects of the Recruitment Consultant role. Although we specialise in Construction Recruitment, we have worked in most industry areas and have recently launched an outsourced recruitment service.

This position would suit someone experienced in recruitment that is now looking for a better work-life balance that comes from being able to work from home.

This is a unique opportunity for you to work for yourself. Retain 40% of all billings (best Recruiters will be rewarded with up to 50% of all billings); 100% ownership of your Recruitment Company; No financial investment or set up fees required from you!

Requirements:

* At least two years experience in the Recruitment Industry
* Good inter-personal skills
* Self motivated
* Ability to work independently
* Desire to work from home
* Experience and a proven track-record in Construction Industry recruitment will be an advantage, but not a “must have”
